I think I disabled too many services,
cause now I don't have Administrative
rights, backups, updates, no msconfig,
restore and a few other services.
It just takes me in circles trying
to get things changed back or to run.
What do I do now?
I have a emachine e725 with windows 7

Well, I guess, you messed up your computer so well, that your only option may be to reinstall Windows.

Yes, once you dig a hole that deep, the only way to get back out is to save your data and do a clean install (like Broni said).

You mean...we are now one of those "pay on demand, answers here" web forums  ?

I love how some persons misinterpret the concepts of "voluntary" and "assistance" and treat such as if they were buying groceries...without spending anything .

Oh, well...
