Hi Guys

Computer Specs :
CPU -Intel Core i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07 GHz
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GTX 295
Monitors- 2 Samsung Monitors (Duel)
Memory - 6144MB RAM
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit (Legal copy)

I've been having issues with my desktop wallpaper turning to a black wallpaper after I've Loaded a Game?
When I click on the game I get a couple of blinks then lose my wallpaper. Game works fine then I come back to windows black wallpaper click on Refresh nothing happens and also try to change wallpaper eg: click on next wallpaper same story no go. Finally tried changing a new theme and nothing.

After I reboot my computer my Wallpaper back to normal nothing else has changed, I'm getting tired of rebooting computer  . Can anybody offer advice on how to fix this issue.

Regards

Brad.

Have you updated your graphic card drivers lately?

Whenever a game is causing display issues, GPU drivers are usually the first thing to check.

Hmmm...I'm not really sure then...

Give it a day or so, and the hardware junkies will pass by your topic and be able to give better advice than I can. Just sit tight for now.

Hi Pocket1982!

Hopefully I can help you with your problem.

Can you please explain what games you are playing so I can research what effects the game might have on your themes settings?

Many thanks in advance and I will watch for your reply.

My apology for the poor replay before I'm playing Battlefield Bad company 2, Sid Meir's Railroad also Napoleon Total War I ended up Rebooting my entire computer and hasn't been a problem.

During the time I made a discovery that changing the Theme to Windows basic fixed it, but then came back again I just threw my hands up in frustration and gave in and did a wipe hard drive start again. Its hasn't been a problem since I don't really understand the reason why..
