Hi all, I am having a lot of problems with this computer right now. When I start it up it acts like it is being started up for the first time and asks if I want to tour windows and such. It also resets my program settings like changing my default browser from Mozzilla Firefox to I.E. I have already run Norton Antivirus, AdAware, and Spybot Search and Destroy. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated and if it's needed I have a Hijack this log if that would help. Thank you for any help ahead of time, I really appreciate all of you on this site that do this for those of us that just get stuck.

I forgot to say that AOL instant messenger is having trouble too, when I start if up and sign on it's fine, but when I send or receive a message I get an error that says "AOL Instant Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it is another thing that has come up.

Would I get more responses if I posted the 'hijack this' log?
