Hi Everyone,

My brother forgot his administrator password, and made another user account on the computer. This other account has limited capabilities, so I can't change anything in it, including something as simple as the time. How will I be able to change this around? Hopefully, without having to reformat the hard drive to manufacturer's settings. Thank you!!

sorry but this is against forum rules:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

I would like to add that your predicament does seem legitimate completeleymad, but the information given to you to resolve the issue might in turn be used to break security setting for someone else. We do regret the inability to help you at this time. I am sorry but this topic will be closed now.
