When should I bump a already responded topic in virus logs?

Yea so I did what they ask. and posted it and was expecting a reply around the evening. But I thought maybe they needed to help other people so I waited about a day and a half. so when should I bump it.

you should not bump a topic, if no one replies after a few days then you need to PM the person who replied to it originally.
