Nearly every single one of my contacts received some "VIAGRA" spam mail from my e-mail account. Is this some sort of virus or something else. Should I just change my password. Made me angry, everyone is responding wondering why I sent that to them lol Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

It wouldn't hurt to run malware scanners for some peace of mind and verification that malware is not readily present.

I agree with Animal. Run scans on your computer. IMHO the little devil could be in your computer. If so it will just pick up your new password and go along it's happy little way. Then change your password through the proper methods.
P/S I hope you have proper security on your computer. If not get some.

Thank you guys for the info. I ran a MalWarbytes scan and it found a few things, would you guys mind taking a look at the log file to see if anything it found would be the problem, I deleted all of them already!

I also took all the following precautions in changing the password and what not. I'm not sure as far as proper security. I have a Outpost firewall and NOD for antivirus...is that sufficient?

Below is the log from the scan, thank you for all your help
