I use windows XP. Since yesterday evening everytime I turn on my computer, everytime I click on my firefox icon and sometimes when I am changing from one internet page to another the following message pops up.
Firefox.exe- Bad Image
The application or DLL C: \PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~2\GOEC62~1 DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation deskette.
I have no idea what this means.
I actually found this site by googling the message which pops up. I believe someone called "unbalance" has had a similar problem.
The person who helped him asked him to follow the following instructions:
* Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
* Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
* Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
* Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized).
I have done this. I have both the log.txt and the info.txt
What do I do now??
Thank you for your help
