I am not sure what your problem is. You said you are online. Is there something that you need in the SCB page/brrowser? If you are online you should be able to navigate to the page then make it your home page in IE. Most (like myself) don't like having to use a special browser/page manidated by the ISP.
Have you unistalled, restarted your computer, and reinstalled the SCB software on your computer?
