I have tried to run all four links of rKill...

I have tried to disable my anti-virus (can't open)

The taskbar is gone (lock is checked and grayed out)

What should I do?

SYSTEM:
Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

ANTIVIRUS
McAfee

Try one of these
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/eXplorer.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/iExplore.exe

They are just rkill with a different name.

Try those above.
