Virus and Malware top folders to hide

Lets just pretend you have a gun to your head and need to remove all the viruses and malware from the computer and you can only select 5 folders in your C: drive to scan for viruses/malware using a custom scan which 5 folders would you choose?

My list would be:

Program Files
Application Data

not sure about the last two... would love to hear everyones opinion
