What exactly are the problems you are having? I do not see anything wrong with this log except for some restrictions found on your Internet Explorer which you can fix by fix these lines in HijackThis:

so far i'm having no problem, but i just want to make sure what partial in this log i can savely remove without harmful my system. do those three key i can savely remove?

Removing the following wont hurt your system:
