I've having trouble doing a few things on my computer. I got rid of a bunch of viruses a while back ago, but ever since then I haven't been able to open executables in the normal way. I always have to right-click and selected either 'Start' or 'Run as Administrator'. If I don't do that then I get a dialog asking me to pick which program I want to open it in. I'm thinking there's something left over that is making this happen.

Can I get some help please?
