Unhandled Exception At Startup XP Pro

Hi,

Having an issue with my PC. I actually get 2 "Unhandled Exception" Error messages upon start up. See attached Text Files. Can someone please help?

I would try upgrading your video card drivers. http://www.nvidia.com

What versions of MS.NET are reflected in Add/Remove Programs?

Sorry for the late reply...went on vacation! But I don't have an NVidia card, it is an Intel Q965/963 Express.

As for the .NET framework versions there is

1.1
2.0 Service pack 2
3.0 Service pack 2
3.5 SP1

This says other wise: Windows Service

If you do not have nVidia then what is that file doing on your machine?
