100% Cpu usage

Hello, Everything works nicely on my computer till i click IExplorer or any other internet i might have.
I alt+ctrl+delete and i found out that my Cpu Spikes up to 100% when i access the internet.
I have Cable or dsl i dont really know but i know my surfing is suppost to be fast cause im in safe mode and i load everything up perfectly and high speed.

But on normal mode my internet takes 30 sec to a min to load.

Please help me?

sounds like you have some hijacker issues, or adware/spyware. you should maybe post a "hijack this" log in our HJT log forum.
or for a gaster home remedy,
www.download.com download adaware and spybot, install>update>and run them. they are free decent crap cleaners. good luck.
