rootkit win32 TDSS.d help!

Hello,
I've already read a few topics with similar descriptions.
Suddenly mu PC gets under all sorts of attack, IE starts sending ads, firefox keeps crashing, and desktop colour scheme changes to white.
Kaspersky detected TDSS.d but fixing it and restarting the computer did not remove it.
PC froze under Gmer.
XDelBox did not help.
TDSSkiller just identified that 'driver adapti infected by TDSS rootkit'.
Also cannot get rid of guohei.exe, whatever it is...

Looks like you have a bad rootkit aboard. Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
