i have by misstake removed drop and drag...system restore.

I'm not sure why you have posted your thread here, you would get a lot more response if it was posted in the operating systems forum. This forum is for general conversation. And you should provide more information, like what is you OS, what were you doing when you lost the drag and drop feature.
