Over Clocking win 98 computer

One of the computers thet i own is a Compaq Win 98SE 350Mhz Desktop
Is it possible to overclock it
Is there a program I that i could download to do that

Over Clocking is not done by downloading a program, it is done by change the FSB and V-Core voltage in the BIOS. Most all manufactures (Compaq, HP, Dell, Emachines, etc) lock these settings on their computers to prevent unknowledeable users from changing these settings and causing damage to the processor.
