My C&P quit working this afternoon, and I can't get it back!

I've tried searching the 'net for answers, but nothing seems to show up. I ran "Services," and the clipboard is not showing up at all. Any suggestions on how to get it back? I've rebooted twice, and neither time worked.

Thanks! This is a SERIOUS productivity killer!

Quit working!?

Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V? Right-click options?? Edit Menu Options? don't work?

What happened right before this started?

Thanks! I just came back over to report that I think I've solved it. I noticed that when I closed my window with 20+ tabs open, my son's window with only a few tabs HAD the paste option!

At that point, I knew it had to be a "bad tab" tying up the clipboard for some odd reason. So, I closed up the most recent ones one-by-one and voila! The option came back. Still don't understand why it wouldn't work even in MS Word, but - I think - for now, I'm good. At least, I hope so!!!!

Some websites disable the right click feature so people cannot steal the source code of the site.

^ That's true.
However, the script doesn't work on some browsers and the source code can also be accessed from the Menu bar.

@dcanoli

Good to hear. :huh:

Thanks guys! I was wondering if that was the cause. I'm sure it was one of the websites open that locked up my clipboard!
