To summarize, the color option for Yahoo frames had changed by itself a couple of times recently, so last night I reset the color as blue. Then this morning when I logged on the color had changed again to gray, and I could not open the options menu in Yahoo or open routine safe attachments from email. I hooked up a laptop through the same router, and Yahoo was fine on it, with the blue color I had selected, and I was able to download attachments. I downloaded HijackThis onto this (suspect) PC, ran it, and saved a log. After I did that, I logged into Yahoo again on this (suspect PC), and it looked okay again. I don't see anything that looks unusual on the HijackThis, but I am not an expert. I posted it earlier, but am doubting that it was necessary. Norton, AdAware, and Spybot have found nothing on the computer. Meanwhile, since my original post, a message popped up on the screen stating that Firefox was blocking Java Deployment Toolkit 22.214.171.124 since it had been determined to be unstable. I'm wondering if that was the cause of my problems with Yahoo, and would appreciate any comments. Thanks!
