Hello colin.jackson47 and welcome to BC.

I can't find any information on grpmnt.exe, which is not surprising as a lot of malware applications use random filenames to disguise themselves, if this is in fact an infection.

The file dwwin.exe seems to associated with a Gravis Gamepad Controller. Do you have that device?

What is your operating System? Which anti-spware and anti-virus applications do you use?

Try a couple of these on line scans and see what you come up with.

Housecall Use Autoclean.
Panda ActiveScan
Bitdefender Check off Autoclean.
eTrust Check off Cure when the scan is done.
RAV Check off Autoclean.
