I've got a Windows XP Pro machine here (a Dell Dimension 8100) with iTunes installed. The user complains of it locking up when switching from one song to another and sometimes when closing iTunes out.

He runs regular virus scans and spyware scans (it appears as though he has the standard compliment of scanners: Adaware, Spybot, Microsoft Antispyware... and Norton as an AV scanner).

What else could the problem be? Audio driver perhaps? Any ideas?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
