Here's what I have so far: I downloaded the rkill.com file without a problem. I've downloaded the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, but was unable to get the program to run from my desktop. Got some advice to "rename" the MBAM file in "Program Files" and was able to run the program from there. Once Malwarebytes' did its job (it did detect and remove the bad files) I was required to re-start the computer. At start up, Desktop Security was installed back onto the computer. What step did I miss/do wrong? Also used software called SuperAnti Spyware and got the same results as Malwarebytes'. I've seen many forums and webpages that have all given pretty much the same advice. I have spent hours on this, any other help would be great! Thank you...

Since that hasn't resolved your issues, please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
