HelpAssistant refuses to be deleted from my computer. My understanding is that this is a fairly common problem, but I lack the understanding to follow what is said in the forums about how to get rid of it. If anyone out there would be willing to provide me with step-by-step instructions, I would greatly appreciate it. I was receiving help on this issue some weeks ago from Sempai but I took too long getting back to him so the topic was automatically closed.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
