Hello sploded and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. It looks like we have just 1 item to take care of.

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:O2 - BHO: ts - {4006DCA3-433D-4FC8-AC36-42DA7797DCB7} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\bho.dll
Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Now locate this file and delete it:C:\WINDOWS\system32\bho.dll
Reboot the machine and you should be good to go.

Cheers.
