Hi everyone,

I have a problem with a windows XP pro machine (service pak1.) When the spooler service is enabled, the pc will crash when logged onto the network. Local users have no problem. The machine recently had the Lexmark Markvision software uninstalled, and the spooler was reassociated with the RPC service. Still we have this problem. Any Ideas?

Thank you,
