On March 5th my computer stopped letting me open programs or shortcuts. It prompts me for a program to use to open any program that I try to run. I managed to run MBAM (run as administrator) and it found and deleted CouponPrinter.ocx. (I use that program to print coupons from coupons.com) Here is the log from MBAM

I can't update MBAM or ad-aware, or install super anti spyware because of the infection not allowing executable files to run. Recently, my machine has started reporting that applications cannot be found when I try to run them. If I browse to where the applications are located, they are there, and I can run them as administrator to use them. Is there anyway to fix this? I really is quite stressful to try to use my laptop now.
