uninstalling antivirus prodram

I downloaded Dr.Web antivirus program and want to uninstall it however when I try to use the uninstaller it just tries to start the setup process all over again,when I go to add/remove it still tries to start the setup process,I've even tried to remove it with MS-DOS I still get the same outcome.I don't know what to do and I don't like the way my pc operates now can someone out there help me pleaseee.
