I have been receiving the tidserv request from Norton, and I do not know how to get rid of it. I have updated and ran malwarebytes, superantispyware, and norton. The things the programs have detected have been quarantined but the tidserv request keeps coming. Can someone help me please? Thanks.

I have also tried running Norton in safemode, but it keeps telling me the program is malfunctioning.
