I think I have a virus, I cannot access my bank account.

I hope some one can advise me on this issue. After entering my access information on my credit union's homepage, I'm taken to a page that asks for my credit card number, security code, expiration date and ATM pin. I know my credit union would never ask me for that information.

I have microsoft security essentials on my pc, and I ran a full scan yesterday and it did not find any threats. I used DDS and saved the reports to my desktop.

I would recheck the URL you are using to access your Credit Union's homepage. Call the CU (or better yet, go in person) to verify the URL. Also contact the CU's security department.

I am using the correct URL, it's the same one I have been using for years. Any other ideas?
