At first this all started off as some fake antivirus program gone crazy.
I have hi-jack this (trend micro)
and also malwarebytes and combo fix, but those two dont work

i can't right click on the desktop either.
i can only use firefox by going through the task manager

also no game programs really work,
itunes,
windows media player,
and no videos or music on the internet.

is there any hope?!

i cant lose all these files i have!

Thanks in advance!

Really though, I'm desperate here.
Any help would be great.
I'm looking everywhere for answers but nobody has any.
