Hi,

I am getting help right now with my malware problems from syler, in the virus/malware help forums, and he told me to uninstall and then reinstall SP3, but Add/Remove Programs is not giving me the option to remove SP3 and I don't know what to do.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Have you checked the "Show updates" box at the top of the screen?
