Windows XP Pro

I constantly run Ad-Aware, McAfee Anti-Virus, Spybot S & D, Microsoft AnitSpyware...but it seems that I keep getting the same worms and trojans and "stuff" popping up continually...even though I supposedly have cleaned them and/or deleted them...what gives?

I hope this log gives some clue as to what might be going on...please reply in extreme lay terms  .

Thanks everyone!

Download LQfix.exe and place it on your desktop.
Doubleclick LQfix.exe and click install.
Leave the default settings. If you change them, the fix will fail.
Make sure 'Launch LQfix' is checked. After clicking finish in the install, the fix will start.
Follow the prompts on the screen.
Your system will reboot afterwards.
Please be patient after reboot, because there is a script running in the background.
