i recently picked up my grandmothers computer, and she has trend micro antivirus.
she says she has a virus, but shes old, you cant take her word on anything that has to do with technology.

i looked at the computer and she clearly doesnt have a virus, but she is very paranoid. she doesnt want to keep paying trend micro for their antivirus software after i told her about AVG free. the catch is, she doesnt know her trend micro password to change the settings and remove.

is there any way i can get around the password and go straight to removing trend micro all together?
