"Bad Image - The application or DLL c:\windows\system32 supilime.dll is not a valid image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

To open any program I have to go to the task manager and go to new task. Once I'm there, I can only open certain programs. Everytime I try to open anything I get that error message. I normally click ok. It seems like only programs I DON'T need will open up (iTunes, SonicRecord). I have been able to install Malwarebytes but I cant seem to open it. I get the error each time.

ive read on this POST.

I dont know what to do. HELP?!
