Hi all, please help me this problem, yesterday i was browsing the net and suddenly there is a security tool appearing on my computer. from time to time it appears. And my screen become block and all the icons in desktop are disappear. I cannot right click also on the desktop. I try to open ms word and paint but it doesnt work. Please advice me. Thanks in advance..

can you give more detail on the security tool? is it actually called "Security Tool"?
can you try ctrl+shift+esc and see the applications you wanted to run in the task manager?
