hi folks, my first post, im new to this site, and i dont know much about pc's, so im hoping someone can help me!

IM RUNNING WINDOWS 98 SECOND EDITION, WITH A 1.5MB BROADBAND CONNECTION.

i keep getting lexpore errors - it appears in a wee grey box, and says "lexplore has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down." i have two options, close or details - i have copied and pasted what appears under details -
IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff8ac13.

I HAVE ALREADY TRYED A TIP FROM THIS SITE - TO GO TO SETTINGS, ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS AND REPAIR INTERNET EXPLORER - IM STILL GETTING THE ABOVE MESSAGE!

What version of IE & OE do you have?

If you do not have IE6 SP2 I recommend you get it, if that is what you have I recommend reinstalling it from here.

When finished go to Windows Update and install the necessary updates.

Ive gone through the link you sent me, i am currently operating the latest ie pack, but i have chosen to reinstall everything, hopefully itll fix my problems!
