I'm very desperately trying to find anything in which I can do to remove the XP Defender spyware from my PC. I'm posting this via my laptop since I have no control on my PC for the most part.

When I read other topics it says about downloading stuff and then running it but it won't let me get on the internet sometimes. Even to post a log so someone can tell me what to do.

Any advice on this?

Or advice on how to stop this and get rid of it. Thanks.
