Don't need any password for my RAR files. Array???

I was very happy that I got the RAR file I downloaded. On Windows which asks you for password to extract them. But on my Linux Comp (Ubuntu), it just simply ignore them and extract them straight to the output directory I want it. Is this a good or a bad thing??? :thumbsup:
