I think my computer might be infected.

I have a pop up coming up everytime I try to click on a program that is made to look like a Microsoft Window Security Program that is telling my my computer is infected. You can tell it is not real and it is trying to get me to sign up for something.

I checked my program files to see if I recognized a folder that looked off.

I have 3 folders that I don't recognize the program name:

SAAZExmonScripts
SAAZOD
SAAZSBE

Can someone tell me if these are the programs that are causting the problem and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance
