I am running windows 7 and virtual pc and everything is cool until I hit enable integration features then it asks for login and password info only I don't know what it's looking for cause when I type in the host pc login it won't work and when I type in the virtual pc login info it won't allow access either. I'm locked out until I hit disable integration features then everything works cool again.

Inside Windows in Virtual PC create a new user. If you already have a user, create a password for it. While asking for credentials, pass this username and password. I doubt that blank passwords would work.

I've created a password and used this login info and still it says invalid. I don't even know what could be causing this or what it's looking for if it's not the host or virtual login info.

The user inside Virtual PC should have admin privileges. Have you checked that ? Also enable the Remote PC Access inside Virtual PC.
