thank you for providing and supporting this awesome site, so chalk full of info & assistance. i have a shuttlepc desktop (which i built myself :trumpet:) and a tabletpc laptop (was issued to my kid by her school :)), both circa 2005, and both are infected with all kinds of god-knows-what. i've done a deep-dive  into various sites and downloaded various tools to try to debug & solve these problems. i think i've solved my shuttlepc problems myself  thanks to informative topics & solutions given on this site and others. but i realize i'm just knowledgeable enough now to be dangerous :inlove:, so i'm turning to your site for expert help with my tablet pc. (i've posted my problem in the appropriate forum.)

thanks, and looking fwd to your help! :flowers:

p.s. "reflexonlife" == reflects on life, my existential motto :P
