Hello there, I'm experiencing the exact same problems as the guy in this thread : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/298584/infected-with-http-tidserv-request-and-http-tidserv-request-2-and-cant-run-gmer/
I'm getting notifications from Norton (every 5 minutes or so) that it has blocked an intrusion attempt.
Also, whenever I'm in Firefox, sometimes it will automatically open a new tab to some random site advertising things.
I've been running Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes, and Norton Anti-Virus scans. They only picked up some tracking cookies, no dice.
I know that I'm infected with something, but I don't know how to go on fixing it. If anybody could help me with this problem, that would be very much appreciated.

It looks as though you have a bad rootkit aboard which will require special tools to remove. Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
