I just downloaded a vista service pack upgrade (automatic?) but something went wrong during the process. After stage 3, my computer rebooted but just said that it was installing stage 3 again. I've tried turning off my computer, but when I turn it back on, it just says that its installing stage 3. What should I do? Is it a virus?

it will take a while, and if you reboot before it is done you can have issues.
