I am running Windows XP SP3 Pro and want to install my software for my printer, but when I run the EXE file I get a message telling me that I must have administrative rights to install programs, but I am an Administrator  . It keeps telling me this no matter what program I try to install. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank You :flowers:

Exact error message...a screenshot would do.

System manufacturer and model?
