My friend emailed to me a great photo he took of my dog. I want to use it in my signature as my Avatar, but can't get it out of the email. I can forward the email, I can copy the photo from the email and paste into a new email, but can't get it open or copied to anything else... Where is that photo??? I found the following code in the email which looks like it references the photo.
Anybody know what's going on?
Thanks

Banjo09, Have you tried using 'save as' from the drop down menu when you right click the picture? If that doesn't work , get your friend to either host the picture on photobucket, flickr or a similar site and then copy the link using the direct link option and add as an image in your sig. Another alternative might be for your friend to email the image as an attachment. Good luck.

Yes, I tried the right click thing, to no avail...
I did email him back asking for it as an attachment.
As much as anything I was curious as to "where" the photo is.
It is in the email but it isn't...
Thanks

did you copy the code from the email or did you view the source? It looks like there could be something missing - unfortunately I have very limited knowledge in that area.

I opened view source and hunted for something that looked like a photo and copied it into the forum post.
It is puzzling why I could copy it and paste into another email, but not do anything else with it...
