My laptop does this quite often:

1) I have to type certain keys on the keyboard more than once to get a letter to type out.

2) I will be typing and it will just stop and the cursor will disappear and the page will scroll down or the right without me touching the mouse.

Is my keyboard going bad or what? Please reply.

possibly. Two things I would try, first plugging in a USB keyboard and mouse and see if the problem goes away. Second, running a good anti virus and anti malware program such as AVAST, AVG, or malwarebytes.
