I am not savy with computers at all really, so please explain in detail.
Is the internet history stored to the hard drive of a mac even if is deleted from the "history" tab? (also idk if this is important but im am talking about the Safari search engine).
If it is how to I get there to check it?

Clearing History doesn't delete the history of sites visited with Safari. They are listed in ~/Library/Safari/History.plist file. One can view the sites visited in that file with OmniOutliner.
As for the search engine, click on the magnifying glass icon in Safari's search engine for the list of recent searches.
