Reinstalling IE

Hey there. I normally use mozilla, love it btw. I need IE to fill out an application on line and when I go to download it.....it says its not compatible with my system. Umm ok so any idea what "this doesn't support your system 32/64 bit means?

I have Vista, home

What happened to your IE?
IE is part of Windows, so I don't know, how it can be missing.
Isn't it listed in Start>All Programs?
