I have a virus called Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and my antivirus/antispyware programs won't remove it!

Hello

I have a virus called Backdoor.Tidserv!inf and it keeps getting detected by symantec antivirus but it doesn't delete it, instead it says pending analysis...
How do i get rid of this virus?

Bump, this virus is kinda annoying.


When you say annoying, it should mean it affects something on your system.
Could you describe the symptoms, if any?
