I remember seeing a web page that had the tree top website developing software. It was DreamWeaver and then another one.

But the third one was this Open Source that was like open office were it was "free" but I just can't remember it. Anyone know?

Or do you know of any open source website developing programs?

Also were is a good place to get templates? That you guys recommend.

I feel so guilty asking questions sometimes
